White Sox top prospect lives up to billing

Chicago White Sox

It took Colson Montgomery a little bit of time. But the top prospect within the Chicago White Sox organization showed why Saturday night. Montgomery, who made his Major League Baseball debut Friday after being called up, went 3-for-5 for his first three career hits in a 10-3 victory over the Colorado Rockies. He also drove in a run and helped turn a pair of double plays from his position in the field at shortstop.
