The New York Jets needed more weapons for quarterback Justin Fields as they entered the draft, and it came in the form of LSU tight end Mason Taylor. Known more for his blocking than receiving talent, it was clear New York was going to work on that part of his game to develop into a security blanket for Fields. Having made good strides through OTAs, minicamp, and now the first week of training camp, Taylor feels to be in a good spot in his first NFL offseason.
