The Cleveland Browns are getting closer to seeing Quinshon Judkins on the field in an NFL regular season game. Judkins is still under NFL investigation pertaining to the personal conduct policy, but he signed his rookie deal and is eligible to practice and play for the Browns this week, if Cleveland wants him on the field. Head coach Kevin Stefanski was asked Monday where things stand, and if Judkins will play in Week 2 against the Baltimore Ravens.
