Top Seattle Mariners outfield prospect Jonny Farmelo is still progressing as he works his way back from a stress fracture in his ribs. Farmelo’s injury occurred while swinging the bat, and he has been out of the High-A Everett AquaSox’s lineup since May 23. Hollander said the 20 year old isn’t “quite at 100% when he swings,” general manager Justin Hollander said Tuesday. “Still feels an occasional pinch, but getting closer,” Hollander said of Farmelo.
