White Sox to face former starting pitcher in Cardinals doubleheader

Chicago White Sox

When the White Sox host the Cardinals in Game 1 of their double-header on Thursday, they will see a familiar foe. Erick Fedde, a 32-year-old from Las Vegas, made 21 starts for the White Sox a season ago. Fedde was still in the first season of his two-year, $15 million contract before the White Sox parted ways via trade. The trade came on July 29, when the Cardinals and White Sox joined the Dodgers in a three-team deal.
