The Cincinnati Reds placed left-handed starting pitcher Wade Miley on the 15-day injured list on Friday and recalled one of their former top prospects. The Reds said Miley has a left flexor strain and was placed on the injured list retroactive to June 17. Miley, 38, made his season debut with the Reds on June 4 against the Milwaukee Brewers and made his first start against the Cleveland Guardians on June 9.
