Following the injury to Triston Casas, Romy Gonzalez and Abraham Toro have been handling first base duties for the Boston Red Sox. The Athletic’s Jim Bowden wrote that the Red Sox could look to acquire Washington Nationals first baseman Nathaniel Lowe.
