The Houston Astros teamed up with Make-A-Wish to make a Spring 12-year-old’s dream of being signed to the team for a day come true. Prior to Wednesday’s game against the Phillies, the team signed Jaydon Medina, a boy living with liver disease to the team. Jaydon has been passionate about baseball since he was a toddler and is a devoted Astros fan. Before the game, Astros General Manager Dana Brown signed Jaydon to the team for the day and also presented him with a signed Yordan Alvarez baseball bat and jersey.
