Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll is trying to remain in “game mode” as he recovers from a fractured left wrist. Carroll is operating with the intention of getting back from the injured list before the All-Star break, which begins on June 14. Instead of rehabbing at Salt River Fields, Carroll has been getting his cleats on and running the bases, fielding grounders, running down fly balls, taking one-handed swings and even bunting before games at Chase Field. “My goal is to be back before the All-Star break for sure,” Carroll told Arizona Sports on Monday.
