The Philadelphia Eagles always knew when they drafted Jihaad Campbell that the Alabama Crimson Tide linebacker wouldn’t be ready to practice right away. The 21-year-old had been rehabbing several shoulder and knee injuries throughout the pre-draft process. Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio made it clear that he didn’t expect Campbell to be ready to practice until midway through training camp.
