Detroit Lions evaluating 3 players for injuries, including rookie WR

The Detroit Lions are evaluating three players for injuries after Monday night’s training camp practice. Rookie wide receiver Dominic Lovett (abdominal), defensive lineman Pat O’Connor (leg) and offensive tackle Jamarco Jones (ankle) left early and are being checked out, per team officials. Jones, who was working first-team left tackle, appeared to get rolled up on and bent awkwardly before limping off. Giovanni Manu took over for Jones on the first-team offensive line at left tackle.
