Like many Dallas fans, Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer spent much of Sunday channel surfing through NFL games and highlights. Understandably, though, Schottenheimer on Monday was more interested in elaborating about the Week 1 performance of Kenny Clark, the defensive tackle the Cowboys acquired in the blockbuster Parsons trade.
