The Nets and Williams finally put pen to paper Monday on the contract they had agreed upon way back in June. It’ll be for two years and $12.5 million , but it’s exactly how the Nets signed Williams that provides a little insight into their plans going forward. The Nets were the only team in the league with ample cap space this summer, and general manager
