Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks has done a lot during his 10 years in the NBA, but there is one thing he hasn’t accomplished: winning a title.

That goal is at the top of his list for the new season, and Towns recently spoke about that.

“Words can’t describe how bad I want to win a ring. It doesn’t need words,” Towns said.

The Knicks’ roster is filled with players who want a ring, and this might be the year they get one.

The Eastern Conference is in a special position because of multiple injuries.

Jayson Tatum and Tyrese Haliburton are both out, likely for the whole year.

That is bad news for the Boston Celtics and Indiana Pacers, but great news for other teams like the Knicks.

They will have tough competition, but they haven’t been in such a good position in a very long time.

Just because they want it doesn’t mean they’ll win it, but there are high hopes for the Knicks this season.

They have made smart adjustments this summer and will be under the leadership of their new head coach, Mike Brown.

Fans believe they can do it this year, and they’re fearful of what will happen if they don’t.

Last season, Towns’ first with the Knicks, he posted 24.4 points and 12.8 rebounds on 52.6 percent from the field.

He immediately became an important part of the lineup and the team’s locker room.

Now it is time to build upon that and push himself and his teammates even harder and further.

This could be the year that everything comes together for the Knicks.
