The start of the Orioles’ final home series of the 2025 season had to wait.
Baltimore announced its game against the Tampa Bay Rays on Tuesday would begin at 7:45 p.m. after beginning the contest in a weather delay. The team announced about 40 minutes before the originally scheduled 6:35 p.m. first pitch that the game wouldn’t start on time. The grounds crew removed the tarp shortly after 7 p.m.
