Ohio State QB Julian Sayin hits long pass to Carnell Tate and Social media reacts

Detroit Pistons

After allowing Minnesota to march down the field and holding the Golden Gophers to a field goal, it was Ohio State’s turn on offense. The Buckeyes were able to put together a 91-yard drive of their own, highlighted by an absolute dime from quarterback Julian Sayin to Carnell Tate.

The long pass to Tate then gave Jeremiah Smith room to work with the Minnesota corner playing a good 10-15 yards off Smith, who took a short completion to inside the five-yard line. From there, CJ Donaldson took care of the rest, putting Ohio State up by a score of 7-3.

Let’s take a look at some of the best reactions from social media to the scoring drive that put the Buckeyes on the board.
