Wisconsin receiver Kyan Berry-Johnson plans to enter the transfer portal

MADISON – The transfer portal doesn’t open until Jan. 2, but college football players have started to announce their departure from their current teams.

Kyan Berry-Johnson made his plans known Thursday Dec. 4.



Berry-Johnson was rated a four-star recruit by Rivals coming out of Bollingbrook High School near Chicago and received three stars from 247sports and ESPN. He redshirt in 2024 and appeared in four games overall. He made one appearance this year and did not have a catch.

He has three years of eligibility remaining.
