After a quiet few weeks leading up to the 2025 MLB trade deadline, the final 24 hours were an absolute whirlwind. Multiple teams, including the San Diego Padres, New York Yankees and Minnesota Twins, made more than three deals. All three of those teams were especially active on the deadline’s final day. While moves made by the Yankees and Padres were made to fortify contending teams, the Twins went the opposite path.
