On Tuesday, MSU welcomed in the No. 3 ranked Indiana Hoosiers to DeMartin Stadium, and got their signature win of the season. The Spartans defeated the Hoosiers, 1-0.
It was a Peter Soudan goal at the 48:20 mark in the second half that proved to be the game winning marker for the Spartans, who improve to 4-4 on the season with the win.
A huge rivalry tilt is next on the docket, with the Spartans traveling to Ann Arbor for a Friday night matchup with the Michigan Wolverines.
