The Las Vegas Raiders have restructured their team over the course of the 2025 offseason, agreeing to terms with Pete Carroll to be their next head coach and also signing Geno Smith as their new starting quarterback. Arguably the one beacon of hope for the Raiders during last season was rookie tight end Brock Bowers, whom the team selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft out of the University of Georgia.
