The Las Vegas Raiders signed wide receiver Seth Williams on Tuesday, one day before the NFL team will hold its first practice of training camp. A former Paul Bryant High School and Auburn standout, Williams signed with the Raiders after a Tuesday workout for the team. Williams has played in two NFL regular-season games.
